Ok well right now I have a 1990 fox mustang 306 gt40 hci with trick flow cam, shorty headers, also it's a 5 speed, I want to swap in a 351w and want to know what parts I will need and also I want to keep it fuel injected and keep it 5 speed if possible.

Can I use my Hedman headers and dumps and connect them to a 351w windsor without having any issues on my fox

Nope, you need 351 specific headers.

What is wrong with your 306 anyway? You might just want to supercharge it and call it a day since you already have a good deal of mods done. If you were going from scratch I'd say go 351 though.

Well it's cause the thing is I'm looking for more power down the road and I got a great deal on 351w from a 1994 f250 for 200 bucks in running condition with about 40k original miles and we've already checked to see if anything was wrong with it but everything is good and the block is not cracked and nope everything seems to be ok and also did a pressure test before taking off engine of truck, the guy who sold engine didn't really know much about trucks or engines, that why I got it at that price and well down the road I was thinking a 408 stoker turbo or S/C making around 500rwhp+ And I know I can't do that with a 302 stock block only If buy an aftermarket block but nah like the idea of a 408 better
