Well 2 days ago a low coolant popped up so I was 5 minutes away from a pep boys so I bought some coolant poured it in at the parking lot. Then when I was on my way home and the car ran hot. Pulled over and the coolant was all over the floor. Checked the coolant reservoir and it was clear. Steam came out of it and it was bubbling. I got to take it home and took it slow and locally so I maintained the temperature. All the hoses were good nothing was broken, cracked, etc. came down to it being the water pump. Swapped it today. Now it was time to take it out of my yard. Started up fine and when I parked it up front of my house it shut right off. Everything seems to come out fine. I have no idea what it can be. Did I do anything wrong in the process of installing the water pump ?
Check to see if you cut or lost your timing spout...
