Sos bolt from hell

I was taking the fuel rails off of my 5.0 to replace the seals on my injectors and stripped the head off of one of the bolts holding the fuel rails on and I bought a bolt extractor and the bolt stripped the threads off that then I tried drilling it out and broke a drillbit off in it and vice grips won't grab into the bolt so any help would be appreciated

Take a mini hacksaw and cut a decent groove into the bolt. Grab your best quality flat head driver and give her hell. Take the vise-grip's and attach them to the flat head for easier way to turn it out, make sure your always applying downward force while your trying to turn that bolt out.
