Clutch/bearing chatter/grind

Yes, I am full of questions today. I have read several threads on the issue. Recently the car would not go into gear at all. Wife took it to Ford and they said stretched clutch cable. When I pushed inthe clutch it had a slight chatter, like a muffled grind. More sounded like a crap bearing. Now even if I am sitting still and press in the clutch it makes that chatter/grind. Once I let off and the clutch is engaged it ceases. It also does it during shifting. Bent forks, throw out bearing or worn out clutch?

I also realized I hear the chatter not in gear not moving with the clutch in. No chatter clutch out
