Wandering idle

I just installed a bbk 70 mm throttle body and cai on my 1993 mustang gt and I was wondering why my idle is wandering after I had set it according to bbk's instructions by unplugging the iac and then adjusting the idle and reconnecting the sensor. But now especially if I start the car when it's warm the idle is about twice what it's normally at

I had to make a restricter plate for my IAC because I had the same problem. Fixed it in five minutes with scrap sheet metal, tine snips and two drill bits. Didn't take a pic, don't know if it was even the right thing to do, all I know is that it works for thousands of miles now and counting.

Is it possible that there could be an air leak, on cai, or a vacuum line.

Thanks for reminding me, I ruled out vac leaks before the restrictor plate.
