Best intake for mildly ported gt40p heads ?

Okay so I am currently rebuilding my 5.0 and am wondering what the best intake would be for my mild ported gt40p heads. I have some good bold on and aftermarket part Stuff like : 24lb injectors , bbk maf, bbk shorty headers, under drive pullies , flow masters, b303 cam and all brand new internals .30 over. The heads also have 1.7 roller rockers with new comp springs. Someone help?

Non ported still is a decent bang for the buck, may make bit more bottom end torque on a mild motor as opposed to ported

Depends on what your defenition of "mildly" ported is. If you just mean the EGR bumps ground down and some bowl work then you'll still be flowing right near 200cfm which is what those heads do stock. The Cobra/GT40/Exploder intakes flow 200cfm in stock form. Well, the lower does, the upper flows 250 untouched. The lower can be safely ported out to the 240-250 cfm range and if you want to go that route I'd get an untouched one from wherever and send it out to a user named tmoss on the Corral forums and have him do your lower.

However I'd just go find a good Explorer intake if I was you and roll with that untouched. Just cleaned up obviously. One of the BEST combos you'll ever have for a street car on the stock 302 block is a set of GT40 heads, GT40 intake, stock cam, all the bolt ons and a Supercharger.
