Question Idling issue?

I posted a video below, although what the main issue is( if you cant notice in the video) the rpm keeps bouncing as you can see, and it seems to only do this at night when I have my headlights on. Also if you look toward the end of the video, while the rpms are "bouncing" the battery indicator gauge is moving up and down a tiny bit. Ive replaced the stock alternator with a 130 amp 3g. The car is stock but i am receiving no codes... also the car sometimes misfires when the headlights are on usually when im going from 4th to 5th around 45mph, 2-3000 rpm.

thanks!

Good also recommend doing the negative from battery as well.the surpintine belt could be slipping causing idle issues.if the tension pully is plastic I would go steel.

Yeah the pully is plastic, it kind of looks like the belt moves slow.. And what do you mean a negative to the battery?

Sounds like current draw to me. Does idle bounce any other time? If not its got to be the lights...something in the wiring is not right.
