The Cobra, there would be no benefit and a bottom end loss going with the TFS intake. Also if your stock lifters are fine there is no reason to get new ones. I'd also advise agaisnt the BBK MAF, go with another brand, stick with a stock distributor over MSD crap and also 0 reason for an ignition box with this combo (will save you some $$).
Going to want some hardened 1 piece pushrods too, will need to measure to get the proper length. Everything else looks good. Motor should make a solid 275 to the wheels through a 5 spd.
