Just below connection between the header to the exhaust.

Is there an exact way I could trouble shoot this issue? Instead of just throwing parts and money at it? I have a coder but there's no codes being shown.

Wat I did is just cut the wires started car and ran good so just left it cut

I really don't think that's a good idea. The o2 sensors are there for a reason lol probably shouldn't cut those....
