Project Notch

Well I'm so close to getting this 93 notch for cheap ,
It's a roller so no motor or trans , but it was a original 5.0 car

I was wondering what engine setups would be good? I was leaning more towards pushrods, but want to atleast have 500+hp
( yes I'll have it built )
Most likely nitrous

Like 347? 351W? LS1? 383 stroker ?
Thanks
And any idea how much they weigh ? With gutted everything

I would recommend a 408/427 stroker. That's what I'm doing. Using a DSS block and rotating assembly. Won't need nitrous...

I didn't realize engine blocks had genders and could thus be gay. He mentioned DSS and you asked where you could get that. Sorry for trying to help.

Ummm... dont an already assembled engine then. The sell engine blocks, rotating assemblies, head, pistons...everything separate. I didn't see where anyone said you had to buy a crate engine from them. That's one of the best places for engine blocks and so forth. They come already machined for stoker kits. They sell kits too ...look at the WHOLE site, not just one part.
