Fuel pressure testers aren't cheap and if your a one project at a time person then you'll have an expensive tool box trophy. Here's what I came up with. A/C self fill kits come with a liquid / vapor guage. Like this
And if you stop by any parts store or look in your tool box. You'll find one of these ( may need barbed copper adapter 50 cents at Lowes)
As you see clip off the 134 fitting ,clamp it to the hose and attach it to the shradder port on the fuel rail. ( note check for leaks first. By checking tire pressure )
Quick easy and reusable. I've used it at least 10 times this weekend alone and since the A/C self fill kit was going to get thrown away. After I used it.
This cost me about $3.
