About a year ago when I bought the car I was having issues with car not starting when I turned the key...battery, solenoid, were good so I replaced ignition switch as that is a common problem on mustangs. For about the last year it was fine, now two days ago it started doing it again. Nothing else was changed. It's an 86 stock with t-5. I played with the key release button under column when it wouldn't start and the next key turn started up, but then next day tried it again and it didn't help. Lastly, when I turn the key to the on position, I can hear fuel pump priming, and usually gauge buzzer goes off. Dash lights are always on when this happens, but the times it doesn't start I don't hear fuel pump. Any ideas?
