Relays on a 1995

I have a 1995 mustang and I checked under the good in the fuse box and noticed 1 out of 4 of the relay spots actually ha a relay in them. Do I need to put one in the other ones? I'm not really sure what they're for.

May be blank spaces for options that your vehicle does not have.

How do I tell what options it is? Cause I just bought it and it doesn't run that good and I was told they could be for things like the fuel pump, water pump, or ac compressor.

In the manual, you should find a diagram of each location and what each position is for.
