91 gt harness swap??????

grrrrrrr ok so i had a problem with my lights dim and both markers blinking on drivers side with left turn signal. looked through wires couldnt find anything pulled dash off and bam found melted wires!!!!!! well i went and got a harness for 180 bucks at the salvage yard out of a 91 which is my year but when i got back home i started to look it over and noticed it is the wrong one!!!

I know if its an 87-91, you will have 1 large relay mounted under the MAF and
If its a 92-93, you will have 2 large relay's mounted under the MAF, mine has two but its a 91 so that means someone switched that harness because it should only have 1 and it only has one brown pin connector and if its an 87-90, you will have 2 large plugs next to the code plugs by the brake booster. One brown, one black.
If its an 91-93, You will have 1 large plug next to the code plugs by the brake booster. Brown only

I am so confused right now something isnt adding up here please help me
also, the one i bought today has 2 pin connectors one grey and one black out of a 91 what the heck nothing is right

My guess is what you have is 92.5-93

The 91-92.5 harness would be described as follows:
"Fuel pump relay is under the driver seat, EEC relay is right next to the computer and the 1 relay by the MAF is the WOT ac relay and there is one brownish/reddish connector that connects to the under dash harness in the engine compartment. If your harness is like this, it’s set up for a 91".

But I have no relays under my seat!! So what is the other relay by my maf, that's in the engine compartment right under my cai right? There are two little boxes (relays) then by the brake booster there's a brown plug. My big concern is finding the right year main harness for what is there now and finding out what fried my wires to begin with

TWO relays by the MAF (A/C wide open throttle and the fuel pump relay)
