1979 302 questions

I'm new here and to the ford scene really. I have a '79 model 302 bored 60 over. I bought the motor for cheap to swap into my 1988 coupe 4cylinder. I'm wanting to know what the best cam for performance an sound. I kinda want it to cam hard. Don't know a whole bunch about Ford motors so if you can school me. Be my guest.

I have forged pistons and a set of aluminum truck flow heads for it. Twisted wedge. Victor jr intake with a Holley 750. Just trying to get the last couple parts together.
