AC/heating question

Hey guys I got a 92 LX 5.0 and the AC and heat both just blow air from fan. Does that mean both the heating core and condenser are bad? Let me know, thanks!

Does the air come out of all your vents and change vents when u change the setting.... Example when u put it on floor does it blow on floor and when u change it to upper vents does it stop blowing on the floor and change to the upper vents? Reason I ask is all that is ran off a vacuum system if your only getting defrost or something u have a vacuum leak
