our 1992 5.0 is giving 41, 53, 91 codes koeo. It looks like o2 sensor problems and tps problem. I am having trouble finding a code list for 92 mustang eeciv that is not generic for other years.
some lists say 41 oxygen sensor problem, some show always lean passenger side
It also has 6 psi supercharger with fmu and stock injectors. It has had this setup for 12 plus yrs. it was parked for. 3 years and put back in service about a year ago
I would fix the easiest first then redo codes. I had a tps voltage to low, and a right side o2 to lean or something. I fixed the tps voltage and they both went away.

If you're getting both code 41 and 91 I would check a loose or faulty connection within the O2 harness terminals. Also For codes 41/91 (lean condition), it is always recommended to check the condition of the HEGO GND circuit (pin 49 at ECM connector), a bad/open ground circuit will cause lean readings from the O2 sensors. The HEGO GND is an Orange wire, with a ring connector, that goes bolted to the back of the driver side cylinder head.
Update after a few weeks...... I only changed the tps and all is well with no codes.
