The easiest and best way to swap a 4 banger to a V8 is to have a wrecked V8 donor car. At that point its just unbolting from the old and installing in the new. Take your pic as to what sort of donor you want, modfoxes are becoming very popular these days due to the availability of wrecked 2V cars and how cheap a 96-98 wrecked 4.6L is. PI swapped 2V in a 3000lb fox with bolt ons and a nice suspension setup is a very cheap mid 12 second car.
