Typhoon intake is a cheap Chinese copy of the Edelbrock Performer. You don't need a tune to see a bit of a power gain on pushrod, it will be there but it won't be very drastic. As far as a cam, if you have stock heads all you will do is make your car run worse and maybe move the powerband around but no power gain. You may actually lose power with an aftermarket cam and stock heads. Stock heads work best with the stock cam and that is a proven fact.
