Every car and every driver is different. I know it's not the easy answer you were looking for but it's all in how you disengage the clutch. The best thing to do is find your own sweet spot. Start at a low rpm and work your way up. Practice makes perfect.
I launch at 3500 and spins to about 5300 then I can grab traction and then I can get a few more seconds out of first and have full traction halfway threw second
As high as you can launch at without spinning your tires.
