Harmonic Balancer two timing marks

So im right there on getting it started but my harmonic balancer has a timing mark on both sides?? If i line it up its either 180 out or pointing at the first spark plug wire on distributor. Either way tho Ive taken the distributor out and turned the rotor and cant get it started. checked coil, module, battery any ideas where i went wrong?? Any help appreciated.

Try switching all the spark plug wires clockwise over one plug. It's sounds stupid but that's how my fox is
