What country is this?

Here in Miami it will be low 90's and humid like a rain forest all the time. My engine builder who did my stroker told me to use 10w30 for my new build.

+1 on 10w30
Unless you're in extremely low temperatures, that will work anywhere in the continental United States.

I'm in Fl as well (referring to smurf), where temps get close if not the same. You can run 10w30 with no problems at all.

I ran 10w30 in my 5.0 in 90-100 degree weather no issues at all, nice and cool at 180-190 with the 180stat and fan set to come on at 180 in the tune.

I would also recommend not getting the E-cam. My recommendation would be:

TFS 170cc Twisted Wedge Heads
Ed Curtis custom cam (FlowTech Induction)
GT40/Cobra/Explorer intake with the lower ported out by Tom Moss (http://www.tmossporting.0catch.com/)

This is a solid 310-320 to the wheels with a nice fat torque curve and won't run out of air up top. You could also supercharge for about the same price when all is said and done and be up to the 400whp range.

Cable should always always ALWAYS be OEM or the Maximum Motorsports "OEM" one. Parts store cables WILL bind and snap.

Clutch... the basic King Cobra style clutch is fine or OEM replacement. If you are going big power than maybe look into a Centerforce but its not really needed till over 400 to the wheels.
