Lightbulb 1992 5.0 timing tips

I'm having trouble figuring out what to set the degrees for the advance on my timing light when setting the adjustment! I was told 12 degrees but I've read others just leave at 0! I have the HO motor including and E303 cam so I was hoping someone had some good advice on what to set it at with my type of cam?
