Please help one headlight dim one bright!!!

Ok so I have a 93 mustang lx it has brand new headlights and bulbs yet the bulb on the passenger side is dimmer than the drivers side both on dim and bright setting. I'm not the greatest with electrical issues and I haven't found a solution on any forum I have checked all the ground wires that I'm aware of anyways and can not think of anything else. So to sum it up does anyone know what my problem is?

Have you swapped the bulbs yet just to make sure its not the bulb? If not it sounds like it is a wiring issue somewhere or you might have a weak alternator. Or it could be a bad ground. Remember, your car is a classic in many states already, if the grounds have never been maintained they corrode and ALWAYS cause problems. Foxes also are notorious for the alternators going out. Even if your alternator isn't bad its a good idea to upgrade to a 3G.

No, I'm asking if you took the dim bulb and swapped it physically to where the bright bulb is or vice versa to make sure you did not get one bad and one good bulb. That would be the first step to troubleshoot this. After that, I would start tracing wires back towards the firewall.
