How about popcorn and beer and then realize you have to go to work in 3 hours and drink 2 pots of coffee?

As for the original question, again, went from bone stock 95 Cobra to bone stock 95 Cobra with an A9L. Felt like I was right back in my 91 Foxbody just without the 80s interior and all the rattles and creaks and also everything worked. Car woke the **** up.

Always liked the pushrod 4th gens. Cobra or GTS with 347 stroker swap H/C/I/E T56 4.10 brakes suspension and wheels/tires. Make me a happy camper.

Respect the Classics.

Cobra is nice because the heads and intake actually do not suck from the factory. Replace each head bolt with ARP bolts in sequence and then throw a blower on it and hope it holds. Will be up near or over 400rwhp with a good tune and an assload of torque. And hope those ARP head studs keep the heads from lifting... which is a huge problem on those damn things. Get the head studs tighter than... well I don't want to have to infract myself but you get the picture or hit the button and shoot coolant all over the windshield.

Honestly it's all about cost either you pay more in the beginning or more in the end. Any car can be fast but I stand by my old pushrod motor.....they are hard to beat and quite simple.

Oh and pass the popcorn and beer as I will have some.

I'm thinking about throwing a dry shot of about 75 hp at my pushrod

On one of my combos many years ago I ran a GT40 set up with a 100 shot for many years and loved it. The stock T5 lasted for years and was never quite the same after the first rebuild but I was young so who knows.
