"Custom Exhaust"? That could mean anything but adds no value to the car. More about condition and mileage. Yes the 5.0 is easy to mod but the autos those years weren't that great.

Yeah i love my 94 myself and 94/95 parts are easier to find but i would go for a 5 speed sn95.

Honestly if one is buying a 94/95 one should be looking at the Cobra and not the GT. Yeah you will pay more for a nice one but you get the motor that actually has a decent top end, a little stronger trans, big brakes, lighter flywheel, lighter seats, the special wing/decklid and Cobra front fascia and a bunch of other little stuff. Its basically a "PI" 5.0 that has more low end. I would routinely torch my buddie's 04 GT in my 95 Cobra just by putting a solid car length on him out of the hole.

I love my 94 gt, I know it's no cobra but it gets the job done. The interior personally I think is very nice. I also have a 5 speed and would recommend you getting one unless you want to build an automatic transmission

It all depends on condition.

Which is why I paid a premium for my 98GT with almost 0 rust anywhere on the car and the little corrosion that is underneath is almost totally on replaceable parts in the SRA.
