It's a throttle body (not complete). You can use it on a GT but not a V6.

Could be that too but I think it connects to or is part of the tb. I know that 80mm is the size of a tb.

It's a Mass Airflow meter.

It's a MAF housing. Looks incomplete. Could it be used? Yes, is it going to be easy, not without reprogramming the computer. Would be a lot of work. Might be worth something to someone on eBay. But not a lot.

Yep, mass airflow piping. Sensor goes on top, says for 24 pound injectors

Its a MAF and its not from a Fox. Looks like a SN95 version. You'll need an adapter to put it into a fox intake tract.

This looks absolutely nothing like a TB btw...

So so so wrong.

Like the others said it is a MAF.

It appears to be an 80 mm MAF Sensor Housing off a SN95 Cobra 5.0 . It's for 24-lb. Injectors which were stock on the Cobra's. I have the same set up on my car.
BTW...T=Bodies come in many sizes & an 80 mm T-Body would be quite large. On 87-93 I believe T-Bodies are 60 mm Stock & 65 mm on SN95's.

No it isn't 94/95 Cobras shared an identical MAF to the GT which is a 75mm diameter but the post in the middle gives it something like a 70mm flow size. The 24lb injectors in the Cobra have nothing to do with the MAF as well, it is set for 19s just like the GT. The correct way to set the fuel tables for any MAF is in the tune anyway. "Calibrated" MAFs are basically hacked and not optimal at all. This is why you can't just plug a J4J1 Cobra computer into a GT and vice versa with the GT's T4M0 computer. They are set for different injector sizes.

So what that picture is is either:

-A stock housing with a "calibrated" element installed into it
-A stock MAF that someone thinks is for 24s because it came out of a Cobra
-Some stock looking 80mm aftermarket MAF with a "calibrate" element

When I went to buy my MAF & Injectors the guy had a 94 or 95 Cobra & he told me that those were the stock parts off it. But who knows...maybe the guy he bought the car from changed stuff & he didn't know it. The MAF in the pic is identical to the one I bought...80 mm & all. Actually, I'm getting rid of the 80 & going to a C&L 73mm since my T-bodies a BBK 65mm. I think the 80 is a little big & makes my air intake set up almost whistle. Didn't do that when I had the 70mm MAF on the car. Then again...maybe one of the rubber fittings on the cai aint sealing good. Can't tell at idle as everything sounds normal then.

Stock is not 80mm and there is no need to upgrade the 94/95 stock TB/MAF until you do either a HCI or (better and cheaper) a Vortech.
