Whenever I turn my car on it revs by itself to like 2300 and just stays there I already cleaned the mass air flow sensor what could I be

You should scan the PCM first just in case. A bad TPS can couse that problem to.

Check for codes.

Check for vacuum leaks (everywhere).

Clean the IAC but they do go bad sometimes.

Oh and check for codes.

IAC or TPS. That happened to me a few years back and that's what it was .
