It's all about Air Flow. The Air flows better through the Cobra Intake. I think it has slightly larger ports than the stock Intake. If you buy it make sure you're getting the right computer for your car. You running Auto or Stick ? You having a Fox you may already have a good ECU & not even need those parts. However, If you get it & one of the 3 computers is a "A9L" & if you don't need it...I do & would buy it from you.
GT40 Intakes off Explorers & Mountaineers are pretty much the same as the Cobra Intake.
I got mine for $45 at the bone yard. Unless it's an after market T-Body you don't really need that. The wiring harness you have. The Fuel Injectors I see in the pics are orange so I think they're 19-lb. not 24. Should be Blue, Gray or Black for 24-lb. I think. The Distributor would be OK if it's aftermarket.
I don't know what you'd gain buying the whole lot, unless your car is Carbed now & you're changing it to EFI. If it's EFI now...Just buy an intake & don't waste your $$$ on the other stuff. GT40's are fairly easy to find. I get one almost every time I go to the junk yard just to re=sale it. I pay $45 & sell it for $120 on Ebay. Sells in a couple days & I use that money to buy more parts I actually need. Take the GT40 Heads too if you can. You'll pay about $80 for a set & I re-sale them on Ebay for $350 + $100 shipping.
They sell in about 2-Days usually. There's ways to build your car without using your own money if you buy & sell parts. It's a little more work but I need the practice b4 messing with my car & what better way to see how to do everything than taking parts off at a junk yard ? If you mess something up...you don't have to pay for it & you learned what not to do next time.

I'd buy the upper & Lower Intake for sure....Cobra Intake + $200
Stock 75mm T-Body = $40 - $50
BBK or Accufab T- Body = $100 +++
The CAI = $50 Tops
Since he wants $425 for everything including the Harness, Distributor, 3-ECU's, Injectors & Rails you might get a deal on the parts you want. $250 or less you got a great deal. $300 or more you might as well buy everything & sell the stuff seperately that you don't need. You can get $70 or more for each ECU. If one of them is a A9L you'll get $120 for it. $50 for the Dizzy, $75 for the Harness, $60 + for the injectors. Are you starting to see your parts real cheap if you buy the whole lot & re-sale what you don't need ? You'll get your parts for about $50 or less. I'd buy the lot & re-sale. That's what I'd do.
