90 with 4.10 Gears and AOD tranny

Meaby someone on here can help, originally wanted to swap a t5 into my 90 but had a hard time finding a legit WC t5, so I went ahead and installed 4.10 gears before i begin gathering parts to complete the swap. I didn't look much into the speedometer problem since I kind of knew it would just take a tooth to fix it, but turns out that late model fox body AODs and 4.10 gears don't mix well with speedometers. Wondering if anyone has found something that's worked well for them, i know the biggest tooth LMR carries is only a temporary fix.
Which brings me to my next question, if I install the tooth I've heard the teeth disintegrate, will it affect the tranny or just change the ATF?

It should have an 8 tooth drive gear in it so if you got a 23 tooth speedo gear it should be close

That's what I ordered last night! I've heard it'll fix it for at least a little over a year. But I don't daily drive it so it should last me longer. Will I run into a problem with it disintegrating? @liebert91stang

Mine has 373 in it and got the 23 tooth gear.its still off.anything over that isn't a ford gear and will not last long.proobably just eat some teeth off.
