I have trickflow heads with 1.7 stamped steel roller rockers and the stock valve covers work fine on it.

right on man! ya I had 1.7full roller rockers before but I had a different set of valve covers! just wanted to make sure if I get the 1.6 stud mounted roller rockers that I'd be alright! I'd have to have to buy a intake spacer and cowl hood just for a set of roller rockers know what I mean?

1.7 roller rockers will give you more lift in your cam.
