Cam bearing replacement

Alright guys I've got a 302 short block I bought a couple of months ago and during shipping the front cam bearing was ruined. I need to replace it but I was thinking about replacing all of them with high quality clevite bearings or equivalent. But the rotating assembly is already in the motor and torqued to spec so I don't really want to dis assemble it I was wondering if you can change cam bearings without removing the rotating assembly.
