New 95 GT owner

So last night I picked up a 95 GT with 125k miles on it. It has a small leak in the radiator, but I sealed it. The guy I got it from said he had no real idea what's been done to it other than it is bone stock. It ran fine all the way home. I did experiance some issues when the engine began to rev over 2k rpm. My concern now is what do I need to do now. A tune up is a must as well as a new radiator.
