The cap and rotor is probably around $20.
PCV is less than $5.
And $5 or $6 for the can of MAF cleaner.
$20 for the spark plugs.

Those items are all part of a complete tune up.
If you have any questions when you clean the MAF sensor, don't hesitate to ask...

Cleaned MAF sensor and pulled some random useless wiring that went nowhere (aftermarket home install speaker crap), trying to figure out why her turn signals aren't working, from the poking i did, it looks like the flasher was eliminated when the viper alarm was installed so where should I look for a fuse/short or whatnot
Urgent, need help fast, hazards work, turn signals don't, flasher eliminated when viper alarm was installed, jumped car recently, how screwed are we

Cmon guys, she really shouldn't be driving it without turn signals, our local police can be really picky when it comes to muscle cars

Haha.
You need to check the fuse and if your flasher was removed to install an alarm system, then that is the most obvious place to start looking for the problem.
Until you fix it, you are just going to have to use "hand signals" to alert drivers of your intentions.
Do it like an old school 1% biker does... Middle finger in the air when signalling a right turn.

Start a new thread if you want some help with your problem Karbuster...

Right turn: Left arm out and bent 90 degrees and pointing up.
Left turn: Left arm extended straight out.
Stop: Left arm out and bent 90 degrees and pointing down.

What happens if they get confused and stick both arms out the window?

If you're going fast enough, your arms will act like airplane wings and that sucker could get airborne!

Related to the cracked header, does anyone know the catalytic laws in Washington? If she registers it as a classic is she bound to the laws of regular consumer vehicles?

I do not see a crack in the header, I see a pinch where the header tube was fabbed at the manufacturer, but I do not see a crack. So I do not know where you are talking about a cracked header. If there was a crack in the header, no matter where, it would have blackish soot around the crack where the exhaust gases would have escaped, even around the header flange. And I do not see that either.

I am assuming you are with the OP since you keep jumping in on this thread? Or are you confused and think you are in a thread of your own?

I am with op, I'm her resident mustang mechanic and I figured I have to do most of the work anyway so why not ask the questions?

So I'm pretty sure it's the brain of the viper alarm, whether it's a fuse for the brain or the brain itself I don't know, does anyone know what I'm supposed to be looking for? And if the brain is bad how hard is it to swap the brain for a new/different one? She has the keyless entry installed currently and we have the next one up (remote start) waiting to go in when we had the need/money, is it plug and play or is it a nightmare?

If it were me, I get rid of that alarm system altogether. But then again, what do I know. I have always thought of viper alarm is a POS system.

I need an alarm system because I've got a sound system in my car with amp and subwoofer. That's the reason I got the alarm so no one can just walk up bust a window and take it

Found the turn signal flasher and replaced it, someone had relocated it and tucked it under the dash like a boy pretending to be a girl

This was a different issue. Not the turning signal issue. That was a different post and I already said that
