Just Bought My First GT

I just bought my first GT. It's a 84 model that is all there for a roller (no engine and T5)

No I wish I did. But I have a 302,T5,carb,intake,electric fan lined up.

Well that is a start.


The only thing is in the newer foxes 87+ they upgraded the spindles, front rotors, 8.8 rear end, better T5......


Good luck as it should be a fun project.

I have been looking up 5 lug conversion without much luck. Seems like everyone buys kits. I have plenty of time on my hands so doing jy hunting and on the cheap is a lot of fun for me

Can't you use the SN95 suspension and gain some track width at the same time? I'm pretty sure that the SN front A-arms are a little bit longer but still bolt right up to the fox K-member. And the rear axle bolts right in, but is 1/2-3/4 inches wider. That would give you the 5-lug conversion, too.

Yes that is part of the link above but it didn't say anything about the A arms.
