Do you hear a clicking noise from the dash area or door when you press the rocker switch for the bad window?

If it's dropping voltage I'll guess bad motor/gear box or short.

Do you have a multi-meter to check if you are getting voltage to the switch in question? If so, check that, if you are getting voltage, then I would then check if you are getting voltage to window motor, if you are, then the motor would be subject. If not, then the switch is subject. The motors are suspect alot of times as the gear at the motor is plastic, and wears out. But any auto store sells a repair kit to replace the gears. But first we need to know if it is the motor or the switch first.

While I was working on it, it made a clicking noise inside the door pannel when I hit the switch
