Did the seller or trader tell you what system that person bought it for? Or no one knows what the setup is for? If it is universal, you might as well sell it and by a kit. From what I have heard of recent by others is that it would cost more to piece a universal kit to work than just buying a model specific kit. I personally never have installed a turbo kit, I had a turbo 82 280zx once, but that is the extent of my turbo knowledge on cars.

Hell, now that you have two turbos, and now two stangs, split it and turbo both

Take everything you have for it to a performance shop and ask them how much it will cost for it to be installed and tuned. Ask them what else you need. From the pictures, it looks like you need intercooler pipes, injectors, spark plugs, a fuel pump, and fuel pressure regulator. I think I see blow off valves. And I see what could be a fuel pump, but I am not sure, so that's why I said you probably need one. For all I know, those little boxes could contain bigger injectors and colder spark plugs, but it's not apparent in the pictures. Even with two small turbos, you can push enough boost to warrant forged pistons. You might want to invest in a set of those with properly gapped rings for boost.

A lot goes into adding boost to an engine... or at least a lot goes into it if you want to do it right. The stock rods and pistons will hold up to mild boost (12psi and under) as long as it's intercooled. Anything more than that, and you are asking for trouble. Granted, anything more than 500ft/lbs at the flywheel and your block is just as probable to split as a rod or piston breaking.

If you are staying with stock internals and stock compression, I would stay at or under 10 pounds of boost, and shoot for 400hp.

Is that an On3 turbo kit?

Tough to tell if it is all there. Only one way to find out.

Good idea and I would steer clear of the Ebay kits and find a kit that is offered by a reputable company.

Good call you can always slowly build a twin turbo engine over time.
