Question Stumped!!!

I recently purchased a 1994 mustang GT with lots of mods. Still working thru the kinks. Anyway, I noticed that the keys I was given will only unlock the driver's door and turns freely in the passenger door. I then tried the trunk kid and got nothing. I think that it may have been swapped out with a different trunk lid and they didn't swap the key cylinder. So I'm wondering if there is a way to have one made or do I need to buy a whole new Assembly? Also, how do I reconnect the passenger door lock? It works with the auto unLock but that's all. The only way into the trunk is with the button... Can anyone help or offer advice? Please and thanks you.

Seems like someone was messing with the lock cylinders. Pull the pass door panel off and see what's up.

Honestly someone probably had to get a new ignition cylinder, did the driver's side lock in case the power locks failed and didn't bother to do/finish the passenger's side or the trunk since how often to you use your keys to open the doors vs the button or the FOB?

Yeah that's going to be the best fix and very easy to do. Not exactly sure what you'd to about the trunk except to hope the electrical solenoid never fails so you can always open it with the button in the car or the FOB.

Yup. Get new cylinders keyed alike and have a door key and a starting key
