What are these 2 parts called ???

Hi All, Building a Motor & need to know what these 2 parts are called. I think the Sensor in the 1st pic is a "Coolant Temperature Sending Unit Sensor"....But not Sure .
The 2nd pic...I have no idea what this is called...Do You ?????
I also need help identifying a couple of holes & what goes there in another thread if you can help. Thx, Dale

Um the first one I think its some kind of gauge thing or something I know it connects to the fuel injection wireing and the second one if im correct biI remember water flows through their? Or heater something like that it screws into your intake? Im pretty sure well just wait for scotty he will explain everything for you lol

Yes, Scotty will probably know. Or Grumpy GT, or Almost Stock, or Smurf Stang. They all have more knowledge than me by far when it comes to motors as I just got into cars a couple years ago & haven't learned nearly enough yet. But I have learned a lot & can now fix most problems myself instead of taking it to a shop & getting raped on pricing.

Lol ya its always better to learn your own mechanics to have people work on your car is just to much out of your pocket im only 17 and ive been all over the Internet researching ive been into all this for 1 year already and I love it

Hellish Horse Assuming you're talking about a 94-95 the 1st pic is your coolant temp sender. Your 2nd pics is engine coolant sensor Here are some diagrams that will help with the different harnesses and sensors.

kyle_rivas The next to last attachment or 4th attachment is for you with the sensors and wiring diagrams since the 94-95 are different than the fox.

Yep, the first one goes to your temperature gauge, second one is coolant temp for the PCM. It wasn't until 99-up that they became a single sender. The first location is where most ppl put the sensor for an aftermarket gauge and you can relocate the stock sender to an aftermarket fill neck that comes with a sender bung so you don't have a dead gauge.

Kool...Got these 2 sensors figured out & my water pump bolts figured out. Now to figure out the holes in the Block & a Solution to installing a GT40 / Explorer Intake on a 94 Mustang 5.0

1" spacer between tb and tb elbow and BBQ phenolic spacer between upper and lower intake mani's
