What goes in these holes ?

OK Guys, I started with a bare 95 Mustang 5.0 Block on this build so I'm not sure what I'm missing. There are some holes near the bottom of the block that I'm not sure what they're for. Thing is I see a Plug type Screw in one of the holes so I'm wondering if they are all suppose to be plugged or if it's where the Motor mounts bolt or what. Never swapped an engine before so I don't know how the motor mounts bolt up as of yet. I'll find that out when I pull the old motor. But I don't want to install it & find out I needed to plug those holes after the fact.
Let me know guys...I need the help as it's my 1st build.
THX, Dale

In this pic (above)...I'm wondering if this hole is suppose to have one of the Plug / Screws ???
There's a Couple Empty Holes on both sides of the Motor like the ones in the pics.

There are two holes on each side of the block that run vertically along the side of the block. Those are your motor mounting locations. The others, I'm not sure.

You'll probably have to do some comparison with the old motor.
