Fuel injector o rings

Hey everyone. 88 mustang gt with some of the fuel injectors leaking fuel from the side that goes in the plenum, not the fuel rail. I bought 8 felpro fuel injector rings to redo the bottoms and I would use silicone grease to lube them up. How do I get the upper intake manifold off though? I don't have a throttle body gasket because it would take a week to get to me but I do have a felpro intake gasket set which includes the upper and lower. Do I just take off the air box, then I assume there's 6 screws to the throttle body and I can pull it off as one big assembly, disconnecting the egr lines also? Also where is the little valve to relieve the fuel pressure in the lines?

Is it really necessary to remove the throttle body ? Why not disconnect the air box & remove the 6 upper intake bolts & just move it off to the side a little to take the injectors out. There's also 2 screws on each side of the Fuel Rails holding it down. Just disconnect the rails & wiggle the injectors out.
