Whats the best Transmission fluid for a T-5?

Fresh ATF.


The T5 is not a picky tranny but if it has lived it's life with minimal maintenance then a fluid swap might not help too much.

Pennzoil Syncrhomesh. Stuff is like mother's milk for manual transmissions. 3 quarts of it and you can get it anywhere. Its in a yellow bottle, I bought it at Autozone when I had my 98.
