Proportioning valve.

I have an 89 lx and the prop valve I believe is toast. No pressure to the rear brakes, ford doesn't make/sell them anymore. In fact the only one I've been able to find is a ford racing one with only one inlet and outlet. I'm assuming is need to use two to control the front and rear brakes but don't see a point in being able to adjust the front. Just the rear, what do you think? How would I go about getting this taken care of. What would rebuilding consist of? From what I understand you really only need to replace the o rings? Any info appreciated
