Bumpsteer kit

How important or necessary would a bumpsteer kit be if I installed lowering springs, caster camber plates and new shocks/struts?

Remove them so you can put bigger tires on! After that setup bigger tires would be a great add on

I have big tires now. Wasn't sure if the bumpsteer was necessary if I have the caster camber plates

It helps align your suspension geometry. If you find you are getting really bad bumpsteer after a good alignment and the CC plates and all... get it. I didn't have it on my last car and that was lowered about 1.5" up front. No issues but 1.5" is about the limit before you might want one.
