Setup question

The list of mods I have are stock bottom end 302 with twisted wedge heads, 1.7 roller rockers, hardened pushrods, ford racing lifters, e or b cam, under drive pulleys, 255 Lph fuel pump, stage 1 clutch, 4.10 gears, short throw, sub frame connectors, drag shocks, 24# injectors, CAI, 75mm throttle body, bigger radiator, and GT40 upper and lower intake. My question is is what intake could I swap to see a big jump in power? Like the edelbrock or TRICKFLOW intakes?

Well the only thing I'd switch out at this point is the intakes lol because either ima get a different motor or sell this car and get a new 5.0

If I did the motor swap I'd do a 408, but for that kind of money in more leaning towards on getting a 13-14 mustang

Go pick up a gt40/explorer lower from a jy or ebay and then send it out to Tom Moss for porting. Will flow 250cfm which what the tfs heads flow and you keep the awesome street characteristics of the gt40.

Yes he does have the GT40 but pulling an explorer lower out of a JY or off ebay to be ported will allow him to swap the same day and not have weeks of downtime waiting for the portwork to get done.

The letter cams are decent. Not great but they do make power and they sound awesome. A b or e cam and GT40s/GT40 intake and a supercharger is a 450whp motor that sounds ridiculously good. They are all over the place used for $100 but for the same money you can find a near new TFS1 cam which is a little better. The Steeda 19 and the Crane 2030/2031s are also really good for a mild build on the cheap.

Upgrade your 24lb to 30lb injectors and put your stock pulleys back on

What mods do you have to be maxing out 24's?
Seen a few 302's put down 320 to the wheels and 24's were still fine.
Also how are you spinning up to 8k?

I don't see that combo running up to 8k specially with a TFS2. Would love to see that graph.

I'm sorry I was wrong it wasn't 4800 RPMs it was 5276 RPMs where my power curve dropped and I was told to upgrade my injectors . I had this done back in April 2012.
