89 mustang no power

So my 89 stock mustang has lost power I give it gas and it hesitates and when I WOT it only climbs to about 4200 then it pops and the rpms drop back to 3500-3800..
When I give it has the rpms just climb but doesn't move, it pretty much a revs up then it catches
What can it be

Already cleaned maf, IAC, egr(it thru the code saying wasn't opening correctly) going to check timing today

When you say "The RPM's climb but it doesn't move". And "Revs up then catches" does it seem like the clutch could possibly be slipping? Or does it seem like the engine is running rough and hesitating?

44 And 94

The cylinder heads are either not getting air injected at all from the Thermactor pump or not at the level its supposed to be.

But with three amount of codes here i think the44 and94 are symptoms of other issues that will clear up possibly after EGR issue is fixed

From a dead stop, put the car in fourth gear and rev the engine to about 1800 RPM's, then release the clutch like you would normally do from a stop. If the car starts "bucking" and dies, that's a good thing, your clutch is fine. But if the car tries to start moving and the RPM's don't drop off severely, that's bad. It means that your clutch is worn out.

Those codes are emissions related, it seems, and shouldn't be causing the condition that you described.

Are you over heating at all? Well the EGR code is alarming i believe because its not closing. Possibly torn diaphragm or blocked vacuum line? Can you see the diaphragm on yours? My 2001 is pretty well sealed. But i agree with stray. Test out the clutch but fix this egr related issue soon. If you are indeed climbing revs and going nowhere its most likely a clutch issue. I once had a crx that leaked oil on the flywheel and would do the same thing til she grabbed. That was before i blew the motor and turned it into a mean straight line car with a b16a1....

Check the fuel pressure. Sounds like a fuel pump going bad.
