Lowering fox body

What is the best way to lower the foxbody? Are coil overs worth that much more than the springs? And how much would a spring kit aproximatly lower the car? Pictures would greatly apreciated.

Coil overs will always be best but expensive and springs costs a lot less and there's a huge range of how much they will lower your car depending upon the spring

A lot of it boils down to budget.

Daily or will you be doing some sort of racing?

Would springs and shocks be better for the drag race?

Auto and drag racing would be completely different set ups.
