Well they are know to produce more heat.

I am assuming this kit is used as I do not think they are being produced anymore.

They are no longer in production but you could probably find some new old stock lying around. KB might even have a few left. Honestly the pushrod really doesn't need the help down low, it needs it up top and that is where the Vortechs shine. Also no intercooler option for the KB at all. You'll hear there isn't for the Vortech on SN95s either but plenty of ppl have bought generic interoolers and got creative with the "coldside" piping.

But if you are asking is KB good quality... I suggest you use the Google and look up the company as they are one of the best supercharger makers in the world.

That's good you mentioned that. Because I typed in superchargers in google. And it showed me one for the 5.0 sn95 I clicked on it and it brought me to their site. Now I went back there and it shows they do not produce for sn95 anymore. So I clicked on a phishing site link. Thank you guys. Goes to price you should always get opinions before buying anything on the net

Well you could try calling KB and seeing if they have any left in the warehouse. A guy on another forum I belong to did that... I'd say about 5 or 6 months ago but who knows. He got a brand new one right from them and mentioned they had a few left besides his but not many. Or there is always the secondhand market. I'd still just get the Vortech.
