If the valves are stock they should clear just fine with most milder cams. You will want to check for proper witness marks though. Install a solid lifter under one of the pushrods and do the pushrod length check thing and make sure. If not then you can try to use the pedestal mount shims to correct or you may need a different set of pushrods.
