You can always ask to trade but just straight up trade for trade I wouldn't think would happen for that car

Hard to tell what each car is worth with no pictures or anything on each vehicle.

But if you did that trade, I think you would come out winning.

What's the mileage/condition of your car? Not knowing anything else about the GT other than the mileage and said dinger I would bet that it would be a fairly even trade.

I think it depends on how much he wants the wind blowing thru his hair lol.

Most of the 95 GT's I've come across aren't worth $3K. I sold my 94 GT for $2500 back in November & it had several upgrades & Ran Purrrrfect. No major dings...just a couple door dings & the paint was close to perfect also. So unless the 96 GT is upgraded & modded some it's not worth $3K. More like $2K !!!
Don't know what your 98 is like but the value is probably around the same. So an even swap would be OK but I wouldn't add a dime. The good part is....you'll have a 5.0 & there's tons of people selling performance parts cheap on C.L.
I loved my 94. I've loved all my past Mustangs (had about 7 or 8 now) but the 94 was the most fun. I'm currently in an 08 GT & customizing it.

If you can get somebody to trade you a V8 mustang for your V6 stang, totally do it. But Id be suspicious of trusting that particular car.

On the other hand, the 95 GT was a very very simple car, mechanically. It had a distributor ignition and pushrod engine, no PATS system, and you can put a carb on cheap as chips on that car if you ever run into EFI trouble.

Id say do iiiittttttttt.

**** that dent. Only girls care about dents. Im finna strip the paint off my car and beat with with a maul just to make sure people dont think I care about girly pretty cars

I think the only V8 owner that would trade for a V6 is somebody who has a broken V8 one
